Do your products contain wood?

No. All our jewelry rolls, watch rolls, pouches, and organizers are 100% wood-free. You don’t need fumigation or a phytosanitary certificate for export.

What material do you use? Is it real leather?

We mainly use high-quality PU leather (synthetic polyurethane). It is not animal leather. It’s durable, easy to wipe clean, and consistent in color. If you need genuine leather, please ask — we can source it, but price and lead time will change.

Is PU leather eco-friendly?

Honestly, standard PU leather is a plastic-based material. We don’t market it as “green.” If you want a lower-impact option, we offer plant-based PU (made from corn or agricultural byproducts) or recycled fabric linings. Let us know your priorities.

Can you customize shape, size, and logo?

Yes. We make custom molds and patterns. Logo can be embossed, debossed, printed, or on a metal plate. Minimum order for full custom design is 500–1000 pieces depending on complexity.

What about the lead time for mass production?

The lead time of spot goods is about 3 to 10 workdays. The lead time of MOQ custom order is about 25 to 35 workdays. Kindly remind, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
